"On behalf of Westpac I would like to thank you for Training Aid Australia's help with the evacuation exercise last Friday.
We would not have been able to do it without your help to facilitate the safety of our people. The exercise for us was a success and we have again benefited with a lot of good learning and feedback as a result.
The young lady you treated, visited her GP and recovered fully over the weekend - she has no lasting effects. She passes on a special note of thanks. Thank you again - you and your teams involvement and efforts are greatly appreciated".
Paul
