Refund Policy

Training Aid Australia offer students the opportunity to transfer their course enrolment date, cancel and request a refund, provided it meets the following requirements.

Refunds

• More than 7 days written notice = full refund
• Within 7 days = no refund

Transfer to another date

• More than 7 days written notice = no charge
• 2-7 days’ written notice = 50% charge
• Within 48hrs = no transfer accepted

Online or Distance Learning

Once enrolled and booked into a training course, any initial payment is non-refundable. Any secondary payments received during the online or distance learning course are also non-refundable.

All notifications or requests for transfer or cancellation must be received in writing or via email.

Participants who do not attend on the day will forfeit the enrolment fee paid for the course.

In the event of the course being cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, candidates will be offered a full refund or may elect to transfer to another course date.
