Defibrilation Course (6 hours) $100

Initial and Update Certification:
6hr course comprising of theory and practical training.

Required Numbers:
Public courses - 4 participants.
On-site training - 4 participants.

Pre-requisites:
A current CPR or Senior First Aid certificate and 16 years old on day of course completion.

Course Materials:
Provided - information sheets, workbook and resources for practical training.
Student - pen and note pad.

Course Training:
> Legal issues in First Aid	> Incident Approach
> Documentation	> Anatomy and Physiology
> The chain of survival	> Patient assessment
> Safety issues	> Use of a defibrillator
> Equipment checks	> Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

All participants are required to complete the course workbook. On completion of this course participants will receive a certificate valid for one year.
