| Course accreditation: | HLTCPR201A – Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (from the Apply First Aid HLTFA301B unit of competency). Australian Qualifications Framework accredited and Nationally Recognised Training. |
| Price for training and group bookings: | Initial certification - $60 Receipt for training will be supplied at the course. If an invoice is required please contact Training Aid Australia’s head office. |
| Initial certificate: | Face to Face: 2.5 hour course. Face to Face theory and practical training, all conducted onsite at our training venues. |
| Update certification: | Face to Face: 2.5 hour course. Please Note: A validated copy of your current certificate must be supplied to enroll into this course. We require that the certificate is produced before training is commenced. |
| Pre-requisites: | Participant must be 14 years old on the day of course completion. |

| Course training: | Legal issues in First Aid Stress Management techniques Hygiene in First Aid Patient assessment Incident approach Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) The chain of survival Understand the use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) |
| Assessment: | All participants are assessed in their practical demonstrations and must complete the multiple choice theory paper. |
| Outcome: | On completion of this course, participants will receive a certificate in CPR HLTCPR201A valid for one (1) year. |
